About Us
Smart Systems
Technology Inc. was founded in 1988 with two goals in mind. First was
to provide to homebuilders and their clients a single reliable source
for all of their electronics needs. Secondly to bring to the greater
Cincinnati marketplace experienced systems integration.

How We Design Our Systems
We take
into consideration all of the needs and concerns that you have
expressed to us when we design our systems. We take the liberty of
adding items to our designs that we have found well
received in
other homes, and vital to reliability and ease of operation. With this

both pricing and ideas, we will work
closely with you the homeowner making all necessary changes to
achieve the system that both successfully fits specific needs and
budgets.

Our Operating and Design Philosophy
We
will use all available specialized design, programming, and
operating routines to achieve the simplest possible system for
you to use. We believe in high end and state of the art
technologies but we do not
believe in cutting edge |

technology. Before we recommend a
product we research it and the company that stands behind it.
We also will not recommend a product that is new to the
industry and thus we avoid the inherent first or
second-generation “bugs”. Then we insist on factory training
on all products and their proper installation techniques. Only
after this commitment do we fell comfortable in suggesting
these products to you. We know very well that our reputation
is attached to every product we sell.

When We Wire Your Home
Smart
Systems Technology uses the finest wiring products
available including Cat 5, Cat 5e and Cat 6 as needed for
all phone and information systems, a minimum of 16 gauge
speaker wire for music, dual RG6 coax for cable and
satellite |

distribution, and the industries best interconnects. While
it is impossible to future-proof any home our goal is to
provide as much flexibility and forecast future industry
changes. Usually additional wire runs are added for future
system expansions.

Technology is fully insured with over 2 million
dollars of liability and workers compensation
insurance. Certificates are available upon request. |

Smart
Systems is a member of CEDIA – the Custom Electronic
Design and Installation Association. We are CEDIA
trained in Whole House Sound and Video Design and
Installation, Home Theater Design and Installation,
System Integration and Video and RF Distribution
Design and Installation.

Smart Systems
will work with you, the builder, architects,
designers and all other general and
sub-contractors to complete all projects on time.
We strive to not only to meet but also to exceed
your expectations. Smart Systems |

will make every effort to stay ahead of a schedule
and not delay a project in any way. We will try
to accommodate all changes in as timely a manner
as possible.
After
installation is complete Smart System will provide
a one year warranty on its installation and
provide any and all necessary training, service
and system programming adjustments at no cost for
one year. |
